Baseball Academy Skills Instructor
We are looking for qualified hitting, pitching, and catching skills coaches. Our staff is comprised of current or
former College, Amateur and Professional players and current or former High School coaches. Our
instructors must be team players that are open minded, willing to learn PTA teaching philosophy,
techniques, and incorporate them into their approach while being consistent in their teaching philosophies.
Requirements for this Position:
Position Hours:
Weekdays 4 - 9 pm
Weekends 9 am - 9 pm
Qualified instructors are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week. Schedules are tailored
to need and instructor availability. Some of our instructors work one or two days a week, while others work
five or six days a week while building their client base.

- Enjoy working with Players of all ages and ability levels
- Competency teaching private or small group lessons & clinics
- Report to work on time
- Work late afternoons or evenings during the week
- Work weekends
