| Cancellation Policy Due to increasing volume of private, small-group lessons & clinics it is necessary to clearly communicate our payment and lesson cancellation policies... Booking a lesson or clinic reserves that space and instructor's time. Also preventing other students, or those that would otherwise rent that particular baseball training area, from having access to the facility. When a lesson is canceled with little or no notice it is too late to fill the reserved space with another student and the instructor sits idle as the space sits empty. Therefore, a minimum of 24 hour advanced notice is required or full payment is due to Pine Tar Academy Baseball. All payment is to be collected the day of lesson or on a pre-pay basis. Thank you! |
