Instructor led Elite Hitting and Elite Pitching are master level classes for anyone looking to get a "degree" in hitting and pitching design. They are taught and run by our "PHD level instructors"

Elite Hitting Masters Program

• Players commit to a set curriculum consisting of strength sessions and hitting sessions. 

• 10 weeks, January 2nd - March 10th 

• Tuesdays - Testing day focus- using Driveline, exit velo, Diamond Kinetics 

• Thursday - Field day focus - Drill work, swing, mechanics 

• Saturday - Game day focus - competitions, game situations, mental approach (Challenge day - competitive environment, pitching machine and live pitching.

• Location: Pine Tar Academy Facility - Brooklyn Park

• Cost: $1,399

• Limited to 8 players

• Players ages 16+

Elite Pitching Masters Program

• Players commit to a set curriculum consisting of strength sessions and pitching sessions. 

• 12 weeks, December 19th - March 10th

• 6 Weeks of arm development and ramp-up, 2x per week

• 6 Weekly Rapsodo sessions to gather data on current arsenal, develop effective complimentary pitches, experiment with pitches and grips and pitch tunneling.

• 3x weekly pitching specific strength and conditioning and 2x weekly long toss program

• Location: Pine Tar Academy, Brooklyn Park, MN and Champion's Hall, Eden Prairie, MN

• Cost: $1,525

• Limited to 8 players

• Players ages 16+
