Players will be invited, via email, to join a Fall PTA Club team on June 30, 2019.  Families will have until July 7, 2019 to accept or decline the invitation.  Accepting the invitation requires a two step process: (1) reply to the email with your acceptance and (2) process the online Commitment Fee.  Beginning July 8, a second round of invitations will be extended to complete team rosters.

Teams will be comprised of 12 – 14 players (including Practice Squad Players). The older age groups may carry 15 or 16 players when including players who only pitch. Teams with position players who also pitch may see their team with 12 or 13 players.  Players will not be added above the posted Roster Size for sake of program revenue opportunities but may be expanded due to known absences, illness or injury.

Every attempt will be made to build rosters with players of similar playing abilities, seeking a balance of position players and pitchers. This process will continue in the event of multiple teams in an age group.

Players on the team roster fall into one of three categories, featuring different roles and program fees:

1.  Position Player: Encompassing the vast majority of athletes who play defense, offense and may also pitch.

2.  Pitcher Only: Athletes participate in team practices, training session and games as a pitcher only. May be called upon to participate in games as a Position Player under injury situations.

3.  Practice Squad Player: Available to athletes who desire to develop their skills, excluding weekend league and tournament games. Practice Players participate with their age groups team practices and training sessions.  May be invited to participate in games as a Position Player under injury situations or in tournaments as a Pitcher Only.
