• Click on the Schedule a Lesson link to book your lesson(s) either with a specific instructor, or ALL, which will grant the flexibility of seeing/ choosing any instructor based on availability.    

• Next, you will be directed to a page where you can choose the type of lesson, view lesson prices, instructors, and instructor bios. After that you can choose ALL, or a specific instructor and begin the scheduling process.  Lastly, you will be prompted to make payment by credit card. 

• You will receive an email confirming your registration, cost and the dates and times of the lessons.

• Lessons are conducted at Williston Center.

• Mondays 4-6p

• Wednesdays 4-6p

• Sundays 9a-1p & 6-8p

Hitting lessons are available any time the specific instructor is open.

 

Refund Policies

Booking a lesson or clinic reserves that space and the instructor's time.  When a lesson is canceled with little or no notice it is too late to fill the reserved space with another student and the instructor sits idle as the space sits empty.  Therefore, a minimum of 24 hour advanced notice is required to reschedule or refund a lesson and 72 hour advanced notice is required to reschedule or refund a prepaid clinic session.  

Hard costs to Pine Tar Academy (PTA) Fire Club teams are not eligible for refund.  These items include player gear, coaches’ compensation, team insurance, facility rental, administrative costs, etc.  In the event of tournament rainouts, recoverable variable costs such as entry fees and coaches travel expense are eligible for refund and would be divided equally among the affected teams. PTA is at the will of league/tournament refund policies. Commitment fees are non-refundable. 

Players that withdraw from a camp or clinic will be refunded a pro-rated share of payment less a 15% administrative fee.
