RAKE TECH HITTING PROGRAM

Program Overview

​

  • Rake Tech is an all-encompassing hitting program designed to be progressive throughout the off-season. The first few months are geared toward mechanical adjustments and exit velocity training. Once the season approaches, the focus shifts towards more game-like scenarios, starting with hitting offspeed pitches and advancing to situational hitting.
     

  • The hitting program is offered in-season during spring, Summer, and Fall, focusing on an in-game approach.
     

  • Exit Velocity Testing occurs in November and January.
     

  • The program is created and run by our Hitting Director, Griffin Schneider, a two-time All-American at Century College, a three-year starter at D1 Wagner College, and a former professional in the USPBL.
     

  • Two session offerings based on age: 13 and Under and 14+

  • Drop-in Session: $45

  • 10 pack: $370 ($37.50 per session)

  • Memberships: Included

10 packs of small group sessions can be a combination of any of the small group options we offer.

  • Create or sign into your Pine Tar Academy Account below.

  • When creating an account, use your player's name as the main account name.

  • Do not set up a parent and child account.
