SUMMER CLUB BASEBALL TEAM
Program Overview

Provide players with a higher level of preparation and play than they might experience with their usual summer program.

Prepare athletes to be outstanding high school players and provide exposure to college recruiters.

Develop baseball players in a process-oriented, competitive team environment. Player development comes first, and this can't happen if players don't get a chance to play. Young men who find success with PTA share these core traits: respect, character, dedication, self-awareness, teamwork, positive energy, and hard work.

Provide a great development experience in team competitive team setting.

Our Summer Club program runs from early June to the end of August.

Weekly team practices at an indoor facility and local outdoor ballfields multiple times a week.
TryouTS:
Tryout Metrics Testing (14U–17U Only)
Monday & Tuesday, August 3–4, 2026
Pine Tar Academy
Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Players only need to attend one of the two days.
Attend on the day and time that works best for your schedule
Metrics testing takes approximately 15 minutes.
Team Tryouts
Thursday, August 6, 2026
Armstrong High School
14U–15U: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
16U–17U: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: TBD
12U–13U: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tryout Registration
$75 per athlete
The $75 tryout registration fee will be credited toward summer club fees for athletes.
AGE GROUPS:
12U - 17U
GAME PLAY:
5 Tournaments with a combination of local and driving distance regional tournaments. (14U-17U)
6 Tournaments with a combination of local and driving distance regional tournaments. (12U-13U)
6 hours of training at our facility a week (14U-17U)/3 hours of training at our facility a week (12U-13U)
4 hours of team practices a week
Additional hitting and performance training sessions opportunities
TEAM FEES:
$3450 (14U-17U)
$2950 (12U-13U)
Fees include tournament fees, coaches, 3 jerseys tops, hat, summer training membership, nutrition plans, and administration.
