Derick specializes in Pitching, Hitting, fielding, baserunning and sports psychology/mental sports training.

Derick's coaching career expands from youth baseball (numerous programs) to high school (Becker '13-'15, Elk River '17-'20, STMA '21-'23) and college (SCSU '08-'12 and University of St Thomas '23-Present). Derick has trained athletes of all ages and abilities in the great game of baseball. Derick's educational background in psychology and sports management allows him to enjoy all aspects of the game of baseball. Still loving the game, you can find Derick pitching and occasionally hitting for the St Michael Angels over 35 baseball team.
