INTRO TO SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY

  • Players will get an overview of performance barriers, sports psychology ideologies and theories, techniques and development.

  • Derick’s copyrighted classroom/therapy style format creates a safe and optimum learning environment where players are able to share their challenges, experiences and talk through tough subjects with their peers.

  • Begin your path toward excellence in mental performance with up to 54 different courses offered by Living the Dream Sports/Pine Tar Academy.
